Guimarães farming legacy. Beatriz is at the centre of the business as President and Co‑Founder. We have roasted this lot to a light-medium profile to perfectly balance its natural sweetness with the vibrant complexity from the anaerobic fermentation process. Expect a bright, tropical cup with notes of pink lemonade and pineapple, rounded off with a creamy, macadamia finish.
